The ABE Level 4 Diploma in Business Management provides a strong understanding of core business principles and practices. Leadership

The ABE Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Leadership equips learners with the essential knowledge and practical skills to step confidently into a leadership role. Developed in partnership with the Institute of Leadership (IoL), this qualification covers leadership models, stakeholder management, and the skills needed to motivate and support teams effectively.

It provides a strong foundation for career progression or further study through higher-level ABE leadership and business qualifications. Enrolment includes one year’s IoL membership, giving access to a wealth of leadership resources and guidance.
